We had a lot of unforgettable moments visiting Mother’s Garden. We had a very vague idea of the place and we really didn’t know what to expect from the interview. We had no clue that delightful surprises were waiting for us there.
Ma’am Therese Jison, the owner of Mother’s Garden, met us in the Panorama Cafe. She recounted her inspiration for the garden and we eagerly listened as she talked about her plans of making it a wholesome destination for the entire family. Upon meeting Ma'am Therese the first time, we understood how apt the name of the place was, because she was just that- a kind and nurturing mother.
We met some of the staff and Miss Jobee, the executive secretary gave us a tour of the entire garden and introduced us to their star, “Michelle”, whom we discovered was a very charming Miss Piggy. We were thrilled to have the chance to feed the animals, to carry the bunnies in our arms and take photos of them as well. It was certainly a happy experience for us three. We love this place and we hope that it becomes a permanent destination in Baguio City : )
